2016-17 CSNE Hackathon

The CSNE Hackathon is an annual event held at the Center for Sensorimotor Neural Engineering (CSNE) in Seattle, Washington. Teams of students from the University of Washington, San Diego State University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and other institutions work together to develop novel technologies addressing sensorimotor neural engineering problems on an accelerated time scale.

Students are given 36 hours to develop innovative solutions that address a wide range of sensorimotor neural engineering problems, including finding ways to improve quality of life for those impacted by spinal cord injury, stroke and other neurological conditions.

Each team will be provided with an array of hardware, software and their own PC to work with. At the conclusion of the Hackathon, teams will present their project prototypes to a panel of judges and members of the CSNE community.
